Shipping & Returns 

• Orders are dispatched within 2 working days via Royal Mail

• Postage and packaging £4.50

• We aim to have your order delivered within 2-3 working days after dispatch.

• During busy periods and current COVID restrictions it may take longer to process your order but we will do everything we can to make sure we get your order to you as fast as possible. 

• Due to the nature of the skin tools these are non-refundable unless faulty. In the event of a faulty product, please contact us at onlyhumanuk@outlook.com so we can fix this for you and return within 14 days of purchase.

• Please note that, as with most natural products, there may be a slight difference in the colour of stones and fragrance between batches.
